I think this TED talk is really good for people to hear. I agree with majority of what the speaker is saying because it’s something that I sort of preach in a way. I don’t always think you should judge someone 100% off resume alone. Sometimes the people with the best resume, has the shittiest attitude, or they can’t work well with others at all. Now that’s not to say that a resume doesn’t matter, but it is just something to keep in mind if you ever get the opportunity to be able to recruit/hire someone.
